Livat is a Chinese megamall brand with roots in Sweden and IKEA. Livat is the shopping centre brand in China and Livats tenant mix combines the best of international retailers with the best of local brands, together with a strong family focus. Unlike other shopping centres, Livat have an IKEA store as main anchor. Chinese IKEA Centers teamed up with Brand Union Stockholm to create a totally new brand, including name and a visual identity with a Swedish touch, in collaboration with the Architects and local team in China.
